This movie was originally going to have a title song written by Otis Blackwell and Winfield Scott. Elvis Presley recorded the Blackwell/Scott song, but Producer Hal B. Wallis apparently found one of the lines in the song offensive ("stick it in his ear") and demanded that a different title song be used.

I was afraid that knowledge of the plot would in some way take away the joy of watching, but it did not happen. The director is insanely talented guy.
